About The Position
Join the CentraCare Team as Pre-Visit Planning Certified Medical Assistant! The Pre-Visit Planner oversees and coordinates preventative care services. Within CentraCare Clinics, the goal of the pre-visit planner is to help patients achieve optimal health by planning patients care using evidenced based guidelines for care, (i.e. Hgb A1C or other labs as appropriate) or gathering information pertinent to the patients care from other sources. This opportunity is work from home after completing onsite training (mainly at the Sartell Clinic).
