About The Position

The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 2 years in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
  • Certified Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.
  • Provides appropriate chart documentation.
  • Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
