About The Position
The Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Review Officer Assistant (CMA/MRO Assistant) at FirstHealth of the Carolinas plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers and ensuring efficient patient care within Family Care Centers. This position involves a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, including patient triage, maintaining medical records, assisting with examinations, and managing patient appointments. The CMA/MRO Assistant is also responsible for adhering to safety and infection control measures, as well as supporting the Medical Review Officer in handling drug test results and compliance documentation.
