About The Position
Iowa Women & Men’s Health Center is looking for a CMA, LPN or RN to join our fun, busy, and energetic team! We’re seeking a motivated team player who is ready to grow within a fast-paced medical practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Part-time (31 Hours) with Insurance Insurance Benefits This position will also be cross-trained to support multiple provider schedules. Being able to jump in and help wherever needed throughout the day is essential! ✨ No nights, weekends, or major holidays! Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills (Required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- EMR experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Vital signs experience: 1 year (preferred)
- CMA, LPN or RN credentials (Required)
Nice To Haves
- EMR experience: 1 year
- Vital signs experience: 1 year
- Phlebotomy skills
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients and preparing them for exams
- Obtaining and entering patient information into our EMR system
- Performing CLIA-moderate complexity lab tests
- Administering and documenting injections
- Assisting providers with in-office procedures
- Managing and triaging patient calls efficiently
- Phlebotomy skills (Preferred)
- Daily instrument sterilization
- Maintaining clinical, safety, and laboratory standards
