About The Position
Durham Internal Medicine Associates/Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join the team in the local Durham, NC area. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for the Patient Experience of every patient who walks into your office by assisting in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the Physician and/or APP. Responsibilities include collecting vitals and medical histories, performing EKGs, administering injections, entering/updating data in the electronic health records and other tasks required to give the best patient care.
