Basic Job Functions: Nucor Steel – Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Galvanizing Line Entry Crane Operator for the Specialty Cold Mill Complex. The selected candidate will work with Construction, Maintenance and Commissioning teams to build and operate the new Galvanizing Line equipment. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping build a Galvanizing Line team while establishing a culture of safety awareness, team member development, quality production, and continuous improvement. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of steel making experience
