About The Position

We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to manage our client facility in Atlanta, GA. To be considered for the position, you will need to have the following experience and ability: Previous management experience. Possess strong operational and management skills. Demonstrated track record of superior customer service. Previous security experience strongly preferred; we are looking for candidates who have managed people and processes. Conscientious and demonstrated initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee the services and deliverables for the Cluster, or group of responsibility within the Account/Client facility. Day to day operations including hiring, training, and managing contract personnel. Build, improve, and maintain relationships with the Client, develop and retain employees, and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed cost-saving/efficiency & operations goals while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain or oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for Contractor Personnel and provides after-hour emergency response as required.
