About The Position

Summary: Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Runner Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers.
Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Interacts with customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interacts with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards.
Completes side work as assigned.Server Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
Busses table.
Performs other duties as assigned. .
Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
Ensuring guest satisfaction, including refilling glasses, passing along any guest requests, and resetting tables in a timely fashion

Host Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Promptly and warmly greets and directs guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements.
Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates.
Exhibits exceptional communications skills. Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people.
Supervises the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
Supervises the closing of the assigned dining room; ensures side work and station setup is properly completed.
Assists with service, including occasional bussing and food service, while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
