About The Position
The Concessions Supervisor at Ford Field provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production. This role is essential in ensuring high quality, good-tasting, and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames. The supervisor will review menu and production needs, monitor staff, assess guest satisfaction, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and perform other duties as assigned.
