About The Position

Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Clubs Team. As a Premium Clubs Team member you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests during the exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests. Assist in restocking and replenishing bar supplies including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and essentials. Prepares and stocks bar areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc. Mains stocks, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility. Ensures beer taps are working properly; Keg handling and tapping. Assists bartenders with beverage preparation and service as needed. Adheres to state, federal, and Levy Responsible Alcohol Service regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to all guests. Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks; trash removal and waste management. Collaborate with Warehouse staff for product ordering, stocking, and inventory management. Work closely with frontline and back-of-house teams to execute event-specific menu items, ensuring adherence to event specifications, recipes, and Levy Core Signature standards. Adhere to safety standards and food safety compliance, including proper food handling, cross-contamination prevention, and maintaining safe food temperatures. Ensure all equipment and stations are properly cleaned and maintained, following safety procedures and sanitation guidelines. Supervise equipment usage and cleanliness. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels; complete production logs, monitor portion control and waste/spoilage/gratis logs. Conducts accurate inventory counts daily and monthly. Collaborate with management, supervisors, and team members to ensure timely service and efficient operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to assist with food preparation and restock bar inventory.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
  • This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
  • Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.
  • Previous Bar back or bartender experience preferred.
