Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of assigned Premium Club(s) during the event. This includes but not limited to supervision of responsible alcohol service, food quality, portion control, CNS and Health department requirements, customer service, sanitation and cleanliness of Club(s).
  • Maintain proper levels of inventory in assigned Club(s) and recommend adjustments to inventory levels based on usage.
  • Place nightly requisitions to replenish for the next Game Day and check in product delivery.
  • Conduct a monthly inventory count of assigned Club(s) to ensure product regulation and usage.
  • Ensure Time and Attendance Compliance, including proper management of Meal Breaks, Employee Time Punches, and Scheduling.
  • Assistant Managers will lead pre-shift meetings in assigned Club(s) for all hourly members.
  • Assistant Managers need to use all available resources to meet and exceed productivity standards.
  • Assistant Managers will take corrective action as needed to ensure exemplary standards are maintained.
  • Responsible for counting and receiving all Premium Clubs cash banks. Communicating and working alongside Accounting for cash banks.
  • Assign all In-Seat Runners on Game Days, following Union seniority rules, while balancing all Premium Clubs needs.
  • Coach, provide training and mentor Supervisors, in all aspects of Premium Clubs operations.
  • Handle cash tips, by tipping out Servers and Bartenders while maintaining an accurate account of all tips and banks.
  • Provides feedback to management on areas of opportunities for Premium Club operations.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach, all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are executed with consistency.
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment daily and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions based on the business needs.
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy.
  • Able to work well independently and with a team, multitask effectively while on the floor, and be detail oriented.
