Bay Cove Human Services’ mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Job Summary: Improving the quality of the lives of individuals and their families who face the challenges of developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness, and drug and alcohol addiction. We will accomplish this mission by providing effective and compassionate services and through advocacy and leadership. The Clubhouse Worker supports this mission by performing the following tasks: Facilitate group discussions for the Membership Unit, coordinate and complete administrative tasks with club members, and conduct research for outings and club activities. Facilitate Food Service work unit as needed, to ensure proper meal planning occurs Provide job-coaching services to members involved in all types of employment: Transitional, Supported, and Independent. Function as key staff for club members.
