About The Position

The Clubhouse Manager serves as the representative of the Community Development District Board of Supervisors and acts as the primary point of contact for the Management Company. This role involves overseeing the administration and maintenance of public facilities and amenities, ensuring compliance with policies set by the Board, and managing vendor relationships. The Clubhouse Manager must be knowledgeable about the community and responsive to resident needs, while also balancing office management and hands-on maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management or a related field with client interaction.
  • Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite and operating programs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and administer the overall appearance and maintenance of the district's public facilities and amenities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for community residents and address their requests and issues promptly.
  • Implement policies and procedures established by the CDD under the direction of the District Manager.
  • Oversee and manage outside contractors and maintenance staff.
  • Arrange bids and work proposals from contractors as requested by the District Manager.
  • Monitor vendor contracts and operations to ensure compliance and quality of service.
  • Manage site staff, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating staff tasks and schedules.
  • Review and submit payroll for staff as required by the Management Company.
  • Train and coach staff to improve performance and conduct employee reviews as needed.
  • Assess property damage and report findings to the District Manager.
  • Prepare reports on activities and present them to the District Manager as requested.
  • Conduct regular reviews of preventative maintenance records and inventory control.
  • Attend Board of Supervisor Meetings and collaborate with the District Manager on community projects.
