About The Position

The Clubhouse Manager for the FredNats is responsible for the daily operations and upkeep of the clubhouse, ensuring a clean and organized environment for players and staff during the 2025 season. This role involves managing supplies, meals, and equipment, as well as coordinating with various team personnel to support the team's needs effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interest in gaining experience in the sports industry.
• Highly motivated, hard worker, and self-starter.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous MiLB experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Available for all 66 home dates plus playoffs.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Superior organizational and cleanliness skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily upkeep and cleaning of the clubhouse, umpire locker room, and batting cage.
• Provide bench supplies per League Rules.
• Provide snacks, pre-game meals, and post-game meals.
• Launder players' uniforms, personal items, and towels.
• Set up and organize the dugout prior to games.
• Organize and prepare equipment for batting practice and each game, including game bats and uniforms.
• Coordinate with trainers/team nutritionist on clubhouse meals and snacks within budget.
• Oversee daily player and coach ticket pass lists and coordinate with box office personnel.
• Assist with team departure and arrival, including loading and unloading buses and preparing snacks.
• Assist umpires during their stay, including meal prep and cleaning the umpire locker room.
• Shop for, purchase, and prepare food and drink for pre-game snacks.
