About The Position

Performs repairs and general maintenance needs for multiple buildings, equipment, furniture, some mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs the maintenance of parking lots, tennis courts, swimming pools and other recreational areas.
• Ensures all building maintenance, repair and cleaning activities are identified and completed as assigned by Department Manager.
• Keeps their work areas safe, clean and organized.
• Ensures that all garbage is properly removed from the clubhouse premises.
• Responds to emergencies by department heads as assigned by department manager or manager on duty.
• Carries out maintenance and work orders assigned by department manager.
• Assists with preparation of special functions, parties, tournaments, holiday decorations and constructing display pieces as assigned by the department manager.
• Completes other appropriate assignments made by the department manager.
