The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation is looking for someone to fill our assistant clubhouse maintainence position. They are to maintain clean, functional areas and equipment throughout the Clubhouse for use by members, their guests and fellow employees at The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation. The position requires that the individual have a working knowledge of effective routine and preventive maintenance techniques to help diagnose problems. Must be able to read and carefully follow directions in the use of various chemicals, tools and equipment used in the maintenance program. Will have the ability to perceive on a priority basis when and where work should be done based on the weekly Club Events schedule and those routine and preventive maintenance schedules established by the Director of Maintenance. The person will be required to show proficiency in the use of ladders and hand and power tools. Work unsupervised at times with specific timelines. This is a full-time position.
