About The Position

Ranches at Lake McLeod is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Clubhouse Attendant supports the overall operation, cleanliness, and resident experience within the community’s amenity center. This role serves as a welcoming point of contact for residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the clubhouse environment remains safe, orderly, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and assist with general questions about amenities, hours of operation, rules, and community programming.
  • Provide prompt responses to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues to management when needed.
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and service-focused presence throughout the amenity center.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and condition of all amenity spaces, including lounges, pool decks, fitness areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, tidying seating areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring trash receptacles are maintained.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate team members or management.
  • Ensure all rules and guidelines for amenity use are clearly communicated and followed.
  • Assist with preparing clubhouse spaces for resident events, programs, meetings, or private reservations.
  • Provide support during community activities as assigned, helping with setup, breakdown, or resident communication.
  • Maintain accurate logs or reports related to resident interactions, incident reports, and daily facility checks.
  • Ensure amenity center policies are upheld to create a safe and respectful environment.
