About The Position

The Clubhouse Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the home and visiting team clubhouses. This position involves assisting players, coaches, and staff with various clubhouse duties, including equipment management, uniform maintenance, and overall clubhouse upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all clubhouse matters.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Previous experience in a sports or clubhouse setting is a plus but not .

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with players, coaches, and staff to ensure clubhouse operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding team operations, player information, and clubhouse activities.
  • Assist managers, coaches, and players with daily needs and requests.
  • Provide, repair, and clean equipment and uniforms as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by the Clubhouse Supervisor and the Travel and Clubhouse Manager.
  • Adapt to extended and variable work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
