About The Position

BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking to fill a variety of internships in our Club Support Center located in Marlborough, MA. Join us for a summer of learning, development, and engagement events. The internship program will last for 11 weeks, from June 1st to August 14th, 2026. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in weekly site visits, IKE sessions with senior leadership, skills workshops, coffee chats, and final projects and presentations. This program is designed to provide exposure to meaningful, tactical skills building and an opportunity for permanent placement through full integration into the business.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly site visits and engagement events.
• Attend IKE sessions with senior leadership.
