About The Position

The Club Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the exclusive Beach Club, ensuring exceptional service and an elevated experience for members and their guests. This role oversees front-of-house operations including poolside service, bar service, beach amenities, and dining operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

The Beach Club provides members with private beach access, a heated pool, beach amenities, food and beverage service, and exclusive events, creating a luxury coastal experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Experience in club, resort, beach, or poolside service environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor resort environment.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and peak season schedules.
• Florida Responsible Vendor / alcohol service certification preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and sun exposure.
• Ability to move frequently between pool, beach, bar, and dining areas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in club, resort, beach, or poolside service environments preferred.
• Florida Responsible Vendor / alcohol service certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Beach Club including poolside service, restaurant/bar operations, and beach service.
• Lead, train, and support service staff including servers, bartenders, beach attendants, and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest and member service standards are consistently delivered.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and shift assignments.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the facility.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Support club events, special functions, and member activities.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Work closely with management to maintain the club’s high service standards and exclusive atmosphere.
