About The Position
The role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sufficient stock at work stations, and managing staff to meet food preparation guidelines. The position requires knowledge of all roles within the location and the ability to fill in as needed. Responsibilities also include counting inventory, cleaning equipment, and organizing stock for future events.
