About the Community: Included within a larger community, this is the age-qualified sub-association which offers an exclusive amenity center and pool exclusively for the 55+ community. The larger, established community offers luxurious living and features an amazing golf course, resort-style pools, a play pool, a signature dining experience, an upscale fitness center, social rooms, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, tennis, pickleball courts, fire pits, and serene natural spaces. The Club Staff Associate plays an important role in our community by assisting homeowners and guests, allowing them to enjoy the amenities we have to offer to the fullest.

Requirements

  • Customer service / hospitality experience
  • Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
  • The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include: Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds. Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events. Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
