Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support, including opening and closing duties for the LaHaye Ice Center.
• Record all outside guests, students, faculty, and alumni visiting the LaHaye Ice Center.
• Facilitate incoming packages for full-time staff and Club Sports coaches.
• Receive and respond to phone calls regarding inquiries about the LaHaye Ice Center and Club Sports.
• Process payments for facility events and usage through TouchNet.
• Assist full-time staff and coaches with administrative responsibilities and document creation.
• Support the needs of the department and coaches/Student-athletes as directed.
• Stay updated on existing and emerging technologies and industry benchmarks.
