About The Position

This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Homewood Mountain Resort, set on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in Homewood, California. Homewood is seeking a Club Services Attendant to join the Club Operations Department. The Club Services Attendant is a highly versatile, cross-functional role supporting Member Services, Residential Services, and Outdoor Pursuits. This position plays a key role in delivering seamless daily operations and exceptional member experiences by assisting with activations, property readiness, and club programming. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in preparation, execution, and service. The Club Services Attendant works across departments to ensure club spaces, residences, equipment, and experiences are consistently maintained and delivered to the highest standards. Working closely with department leaders, this position helps bring the Homewood Club experience to life through hands-on support and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a hands-on, team-first mentality.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay organized and effective while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Club Operations & Experience Support Support daily club activations across Member Services, Outdoor Pursuits, and Club operations.
  • Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of club experiences, programs, and events.
  • Ensure club spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for member use.
  • Support as needed across Club and Resort services.
  • Provide general support to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience throughout the day.
  • Residential Services Support Perform weekly residential checks and report on home condition, readiness, and service needs.
  • Assist with home staging and preparation for member arrivals and departures.
  • Support housekeeping coordination, stocking, and basic property readiness tasks.
  • Assist with preparation of homes and spaces for real estate tours and sales experiences.
  • Communicate observations, needs, and service updates to the Homewood Facilities Team (this role does not perform maintenance work as a primary responsibility).
  • Outdoor Pursuits Support Assist with preparation, setup, and breakdown of Outdoor Pursuits activities and equipment.
  • Support guides and team members in delivering safe, organized, and high-quality experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of Outdoor Pursuits facilities and gear.
  • Transportation, Vehicles & Equipment Assist with staging, movement, and basic upkeep of company and guest vehicles.
  • Support operations involving recreational equipment as needed.
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use.
  • Team Leadership & General Operations Support and lead Club Attendant team members, setting the standard for daily execution and service.
  • Assist department leads with daily operational needs across the property.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail in all work areas.
  • Identify and communicate service gaps, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and operational initiatives as assigned.
