CLUB SERVICE TECHNICIAN - PART TIME We’re seeking a Part-Time Club Service Technician to join our Operations team at our Club 75 property, at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The Club Service Technician will report directly to the Club Manager. The Club Service Technician delivers warm, anticipatory hospitality to members and guests, ensuring an exceptional club experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of extensive server experience, ideally in fine dining
  • Bartending and Barista knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven good organizational skills and proficient in multitasking
  • Must be highly motivated and ready to lead other team members
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time

Nice To Haves

  • A food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate preferred
  • TIPS Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Deliver world-class service in alignment with Brand Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Build positive relationships with members and confidently answer questions about menus, beverages, and club spaces
  • Prepare and serve espresso, tea, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of beverage programs, menus, recipes, and culinary offerings
  • Accurately take and fulfill food and beverage orders in lounge, dining, and private dining spaces
  • Set up, replenish, and maintain dining and lounge areas, including furniture movement as needed
  • Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning and resetting spaces
  • Maintain safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, following all sanitation and food-handling standards
  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance and assist with additional duties as assigned
