About The Position

The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons as they arrive.
• Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.
• Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
• Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
• As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
• Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
