Who You Are A fully certified Pilates instructor who values safe, effective, and engaging instruction Confident teaching all levels , from beginner to advanced Energetic, motivating, and approachable Reliable, punctual, and prepared Comfortable in a group class environment (up to 12 clients) Interested in growing your career—not just filling a schedule What You’ll Do Teach group Reformer-based Pilates classes following Club Pilates standards Deliver safe, creative, and challenging workouts using: Reformers (Balanced Body) Springboard EXO Chair TRX Barre, hand weights, and other apparatus Maintain a clean, professional studio environment Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety Build relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio culture Assist with client check-in and support the sales team when needed Promote studio offerings, retail, and memberships through authentic client connection Be a positive, inspiring presence that lives our motto: Do Pilates. Requirements

Full apparatus Pilates certification (450 hours or equivalent)
Experience teaching group classes
Strong cueing, class management, and form correction skills
Contemporary approach grounded in classical principles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn and use studio systems (e.g. ClubReady)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

Teach group Reformer-based Pilates classes following Club Pilates standards
Deliver safe, creative, and challenging workouts using: Reformers (Balanced Body) Springboard EXO Chair TRX Barre, hand weights, and other apparatus
Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety
Build relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio culture
Assist with client check-in and support the sales team when needed
