Requirements

• People-focused with positive leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction within the club.
• Collaborates with other Managers to drive Team Member engagement and develop talent.
• Evaluates departmental performance and provides recommendations to maximize sales and profits.
• Ensures operational processes are consistently followed in controlled areas.
• Monitors customer service levels to ensure a positive experience for all Members.
• Establishes operational efficiencies and productivity standards within the department.
