About The Position

The CLUB Membership Manager at Bass Pro Shops is responsible for overseeing the CLUB credit program and enhancing the customer experience related to the CLUB loyalty program. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 4+ years of experience in sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to analyze financial and performance data.

• Experience in retail management or customer service roles.

• Ability to conduct presentations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB credit program.
• Enhance the CLUB customer experience by implementing strategies and promoting benefits.
• Act as the primary liaison for the CLUB program, ensuring all staff are informed about promotions.
• Collaborate with partners to execute successful events that represent the CLUB brand.
• Build strong relationships with team members to influence and motivate them.
• Facilitate training for new outfitters and support their development.
• Design strategies to meet key CLUB metrics and analyze performance reports.
• Execute operational and compliance programs for the CLUB.
• Manage the CLUB instant issuance process and inventory management procedures.
