About The Position

General Summary: Responsible for executing the Club’s communication strategies. Helps write, edit, design, and produce the Club’s quarterly newsletter and other internal and external communications. Creates and implements messaging across multiple platforms—web, print, social media, and digital displays—to drive Member engagement, retention, and participation in Club events and activities. Ensures a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all promotional materials and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related discipline; experience in hospitality or a private country club environment preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing strategic social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to support brand engagement and visibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to support and execute integrated marketing communications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker with sound decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of the Club’s integrated marketing communications across print and digital platforms, including brochures, newsletters, email communications, signage, calendars, menus, invitations, web content, photography, and other promotional materials.
  • Support brand consistency by maintaining and updating the Club’s visual identity across all marketing materials and events, including redesigning assets as needed.
  • Contribute to creative direction by helping determine the most effective communication methods through layout, typography, color, photography, illustration, and print production techniques.
  • Assist with the design, layout, and production of the Club’s quarterly newsletter, including content gathering, writing and editing copy, selecting imagery, and proofreading prior to publication.
  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance and content updates of the Club’s mobile app, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging information for Members.
  • Support new Member engagement initiatives by assisting with the creation of personalized welcome materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
