About the position

The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the club, ensuring exceptional member services, managing staff, and coordinating events. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain the club's reputation and deliver a first-class experience to members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to all club staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance overall performance and member experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all club facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and enforce operating procedures to maximize efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Coordinate and oversee club events, tournaments, and social gatherings to promote member engagement.
  • Oversee membership sales, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies to attract new members.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high member satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
