As Club Manager (CM) will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Club Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.

Requirements

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Must be CPR/AED certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be punctual
• Must have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and club members.
• Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members, and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide +1 service.
• Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop high-performing teams.
• Complete all payroll functions in a timely manner, this includes but is not limited to running reports, submitting payroll, and approval of timecards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
