Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma required (fitness-related degree preferred)
• Personal Training Certification required (NASM or comparable certification)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with leads
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in an active gym environment
• Willing to work required staffed hours, including every other Saturday year-round

Nice To Haves

• Sales, leadership, or management experience preferred
• Experience managing a gym strongly preferred
• fitness-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with excellence and urgency
• Maintain a clean, high-energy, member-focused environment
• Recruit, coach, and develop a results-driven team
• Build a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance
• Execute a structured sales process that converts leads into long-term members
• Drive monthly membership and personal training revenue targets
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
• Earn uncapped commission based on performance
• Represent the brand within the local community
• Develop partnerships with local businesses
• Plan and execute club events and outreach initiatives
• Support social media and promotional campaigns
• Deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions (approximately 30% of role)
• Help members set goals, track progress, and achieve measurable results
• Create an encouraging, motivating coaching experience
