About The Position

VENT Fitness, the Capital District's premier health club, is hiring a Club Manager to drive sales, inspire our team, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day! What You'll Do: Lead all club operations, staff, and performance 7 days a week Hit and exceed membership sales & personal production goals Build/Develop and motivate a high-performing Club Management and Personal Training Team Ensure top-tier cleanliness, customer service, and facility standards Plan exciting monthly events to engage members and grow the club Who We're Looking For: Proven fitness/retail management experience with strong sales leadership Passion for fitness, people, and creating positive results Excellent communicator and organizer who thrives in a fast-paced gym Flexible availability (including weekends/evenings) Why Join VENT Fitness?
