Fitness - Club Manager

This full-time or part-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management, customer service, community engagement and events, sales, and work experience specifically in the health & fitness industry. Preference is also given to candidates who are experienced certified trainers and able to work in a hybrid role.
Requirements
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in management, customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is highly preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
