About The Position

The Club Manager oversees gym operations to deliver a welcoming, positive, and exceptional “Judgement Free” experience while ensuring the club’s financial success. Responsible for leading and developing a motivated team, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing daily operations. Requirements

  • Superior customer and leadership skills

  • Ability to resolve issues effectively
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere
  • Oversee member service
  • Staff management
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff
  • Create staff schedules
  • Provide coverage during absences
  • Manage payroll and HR documentation
  • Resolve employee issues or concerns
  • Handle employee discipline, retraining, offboarding, and termination
  • Authorize expenditures, refunds, and make daily bank deposits
  • Oversee inventory, organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the club
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers
  • Track operational statistics and reports
  • Involved in all front desk operations
  • Greet members, guests, and prospects
  • Respond to member questions and concerns
  • Answer phones promptly
  • Check in members and update accounts
  • Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
