The Role: Club Manager As a Club Manager, you are the CEO of your club. You are responsible for: Driving revenue Protecting brand standards Building talent pipelines Executing company OKRs Delivering Raving Fans-level member experiences Producing consistent, profitable results This role is not about maintaining status quo. It is about elevating performance. What Winning Looks Like Revenue targets are met and exceeded. Member retention trends upward. Inspections are passed with excellence, not excuses. Your team is developed, accountable, and promotable. Member complaints are minimal because service is proactive. Cleanliness and equipment uptime are non-negotiable. You do not wait for direction. You identify gaps. You solve problems. You develop people. You execute. Core Accountabilities Performance & Revenue Ownership Drive top-line revenue through memberships, retail, and amenities. Analyze daily and weekly reporting to identify trends and implement corrective action. Execute promotional initiatives and company OKRs with urgency and precision. Hold your team accountable to sales and conversion standards. Operational Excellence Maintain inspection-ready standards at all times. Ensure equipment repairs and cosmetic upkeep are addressed immediately. Enforce policies consistently and professionally. Protect the integrity of the Judgement Free Zone® brand. Talent Development Recruit and retain high performers. Coach underperformers or take decisive action when necessary. Build bench strength for future leadership openings. Conduct structured development sessions and performance accountability conversations.
