The Club Manager is responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members, as well as ensuring that all team members provide excellent customer service. The Club Manager will be highly involved in front desk tasks, support team members and club members, and maintain a positive image for the club. Additionally, the manager will coach and counsel team performance, ensure prompt opening and closing of the gym, and manage inventory and supplies.
