The Club Manager is responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members while ensuring that all staff provide excellent customer service. The Club Manager will be highly involved in front desk tasks, including greeting members, conducting gym tours, and addressing member service issues. Additionally, the manager will support team members and club members, maintain a positive image for the club, and coach staff to meet company standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring the gym opens and closes promptly, training staff on marketing promotions, completing onboarding processes for new hires, and managing inventory and supplies.
