The Club Manager at Anytime Fitness is responsible for delivering a world-class experience to all customers while managing the facility's operations. This role emphasizes customer service, financial management, and community engagement, ensuring that members achieve their fitness goals and enjoy a positive environment. The Club Manager also plays a key role in sales and maintaining the integrity of the facility, while exemplifying the brand's values and culture.

  • Maintain accurate financial profiles for members and promote the club's financial growth.
  • Directly responsible for membership sales and contacting prospects.
  • Ensure the integrity of the facility and advise on equipment needs and purchases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage regularly with members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Handle customer feedback, membership cessation requests, and other inquiries.
  • Build and maintain business relationships and attend local community events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, promoting personal and team development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills and must be coachable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for health and fitness.
  • Understanding of team cohesion and the ability to work well with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with POS systems and gym management software is a plus.
