In this role, you will engage with members regularly, keeping them informed and involved through various communication channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and social media. You will also organize and conduct marketing outreach events to build community awareness and drive new memberships. Ensuring that the facility's equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards will be a key part of your responsibilities.
