About The Position
The Club Lounge Attendant will administer professional, personalized service for each guest from the time of first contact.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, communicating hotel amenities and policies as well as local attractions and directions.
- Answer phone and direct calls.
- Explain spa menu, pricing and all other policies to guests.
- Book appointments and all points of sale.
- Price all retail items and maintain retail area in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Keep desk area organized and clean.
- Fulfill opening and closing shift duties.
- Support Spa Manager with necessary communication.
