Country Club of Colorado is looking for a full-time Club Housekeeping Attendant ! Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner. Attend all required meetings and trainings. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with departmental standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the business. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag. Comply with property standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs. Perform other duties as requested by management. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all and public areas locker rooms, including all amenities - showers, floors, sinks, toilets, countertops, vanities, and sauna/steam areas. Replenish locker room supplies such as toiletries, linens, grooming products, and other guest amenities throughout the day. Check and clean locker room areas after guest's use; ensure lockers are sanitized and ready for the next member or guest. Clean and reset spa treatment rooms between services, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and supplies restocked per protocol. Keep all public areas clean, including dusting surfaces, wiping windows and mirrors, vacuuming carpets, and mopping tile or wood flooring. Maintain patios and outdoor areas, including sweeping, wiping down furniture, and removing debris. Fold, sort, and organize clean spa and locker room linens; restock shelves, cabinets, and carts as needed. Rotate soiled and clean linens from laundry to locker room and operational areas consistently throughout the shift. Vacuum floors and carpets, spot-cleaning as necessary and completing a deep cleans. Sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, in all areas multiple times per day. Mop all floors with approved sanitizing agents, especially in high-traffic and high-humidity areas like and shower and lobby areas. Empty trash and diaper disposal units regularly in all areas, including childcare and spa, and replace liners promptly. Submit maintenance requests for faulty equipment, plumbing issues, lighting concerns, or any facility damage to ensure timely repairs. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment, alerting management when inventory is low. Clean and sanitize gym equipment as needed. Assist in setting up or breaking down and cleaning of spa treatment areas, fitness class spaces, or event areas as needed. Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and handling of cleaning chemicals. Interact professionally and courteously with club members, guests, and children; assist with any reasonable requests or concerns. Report lost and found items promptly to the front desk or appropriate department. Support a clean, upscale, and welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of the country club and resort.
