The Club Host at TD Garden is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional guest service to Boston Garden Society clients during various events, including Bruins and Celtics games. The position requires a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience while maintaining exclusive access to clubs and lounges.

  • Provide positive, polished, and prompt customer service to Boston Garden Society clients and guests at events.
  • Build professional rapport with clients who frequently visit TD Garden.
  • Welcome guests by confirming access and providing wristbands.
  • Maintain exclusive access to clubs and lounges by checking tickets and wristbands.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Boston Garden Society amenities and offerings.
  • Handle client and guest complaints professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and guests in-person and via phone during events.
  • Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests, relaying requests accordingly.
  • Collaborate with event day personnel to ensure smooth operations during events.
  • Execute service recovery by providing resolutions to guest issues as directed by management.
  • Surprise and delight fans to ensure best-in-class experiences at TD Garden.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Must be a positive individual who prioritizes guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50% of events each month, including nights and weekends.
  • Outgoing personality comfortable working with a high volume of guests and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure to solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to perform simple tasks independently after receiving specific instructions.
  • Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers.
  • Ability to push or lift light weight objects and assist with wheelchairs and other devices.
  • Must be able to use a radio with an earpiece.
