About The Position

At the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina, our Club Concierge will welcome and register guests of the Club Lounge Level. Explaining club access, accommodations, and prepare arrangements within & outside of the resort. In addition to providing food & beverage services for guests of the Club Lounge.

Requirements

• Education: High School or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience: Luxury Hotel Experience is preferred.
• Skills/Abilities: Prior Front Desk/Concierge, Food & Beverage, or/and Resort operations experience is a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality & professionalism - while accommodating special requests when possible.
• Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel practices and local knowledge.
• Assure all desk collateral for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps and other local events are up to date and current.
• Establish close relationships with vendors around island to provide information on events and activities for ticketing and creating guest reservations.
• Handle Club Level guest check ins/outs and verify Club access - while arranging luggage delivery to room.
• Set up & breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages and serve/buss tables during all food services.
