About The Position

The Club Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Denver is responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests in the club lounge. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, preparing and serving beverages, and anticipating guest needs to provide exceptional service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • No prior related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in the club lounge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other equipment.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Restock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
  • Anticipate restocking needs and communicate them promptly.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen utensils when necessary.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks.
  • Requisition necessary supplies from storage to the bar area as needed.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Document relevant information in departmental records.
  • Anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating their service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team in achieving common goals.
  • Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during the workday.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
