The Nantucket Club Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and guests, managing the front desk, and maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Check in members and verify membership status.
Register guests and collect appropriate fees.
Promote club events and activities.
Manage incoming calls and provide information to callers.
Stock and sell supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
Keep gym equipment, machines, floors, and locker rooms clean and organized.
Track program logs for pools and fitness classes.
Ensure towels are washed, dried, and folded.
Be responsible for the safety and security of self and others.
Complete any undefined work assignments as assigned by management.
Equivalent of a High School Education
CPR and First Aid Training
Reception experience preferred
