CLUB ATTENDANT The Role This position is responsible for providing wait service to guests in premium clubs, ensuring a high level of hospitality and service throughout the event. Requirements
- Must have availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to participate in a team environment
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
- Awareness of customer services and needs
- Ability to understand written and oral directions
- Flexible work schedule availability (event based schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CA Food Handlers Certification
- CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for providing wait service to guests in premium clubs, ensuring a high level of hospitality and service throughout the event.
- Setting up assigned suites to accommodate food and beverage orders for the day.
- Taking and delivering day-of-game orders by fulfilling all guest requests.
- Maintaining a professional, upscale image in both personal appearance and immediate work area cleanliness.
- Accountable for cleaning the club upon completion of event.
