About The Position
Bethany Athletic Club, a premier athletic club in Portland’s west side seeks a Club Attendant to join the Facilities team! The successful candidate will help keep the laundry going, ensure locker rooms are stocked, and help maintain the cleanliness of the club. This position will also help support the front desk with checking in members and answering any questions that arise. Schedule: Weekdays Evenings (3:30pm - 10:30pm) + Weekends Pay: $16.75 - $17.25
Requirements
- All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes.
- Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
Responsibilities
- Ensures and maintains proper cleanliness, stocking and organization of locker room and other designated areas
- Provide outstanding customer service to club members at all times
- Performs all opening, mid-shift and closing job responsibilities as noted on the club attendant checklist
- Practices safe work habits and follows all safety procedures
- Maintains inventory of supplies
- Promotes a friendly and comfortable atmosphere throughout the club
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or management
