Requirements

At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
Previous experience as a server or attendant in a similar environment
Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and stocking of Club 268 in accordance with established standards
Assembles food items, such as appetizers, salads and soups
Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages and ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes
Processes guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
